Our Method Statement

• We supply all relevant licenses
• All our drivers are licensed and suitably qualified
• We carefully transport animals and equipment to destination, taking required breaks
• We will be punctual, arriving in time to setup suitably for the event (you are only charged for the session you have booked, this does not include setup or break down times)
• We will report to and liaise with the event organiser on arrival
• Our grooms are fully trained and briefed
• We will check area selected for reindeer (and/or our other animals/birds) display for suitability before erecting pens
• We will ensure animals are led under control, from the vehicle to the pen
• We are fully Health & Safety and DEFRA compliant
• We will unload and setup sleigh
• The handlers will manage all aspects throughout the reindeer session
• Any animals that show signs of tiredness will be rested immediately
• At the end of the event pens and reindeer will be removed safely and loaded on to the transportation vehicle
• The area which has been used will be cleared of all excess water and/or debris
